The Knott Street Health Center was founded in 2007 as a multi-disciplinary community health care clinic. We provide top quality health care in a historic Portland four-square which was originally built in 1906. Our building has gone through its own process of healing as it has been fully renovated and thoughtfully decorated to create a calm and restorative environment. The land upon which it sits is currently in the process of transformation into a beautiful and intentionally set healing garden with a spiral labyrinth. We want you to enter a space where your transition to health and balance can take place with ease and grace.
